This resource has been developed by Western Linkages under the guidance of the Social Isolation Workgroup.  The aim of this resource is to reduce loneliness amongst older people in the Western suburbs.  We hope to achieve this by assisting community service providers to better support older people experiencing, or at risk of loneliness. 

The Social Engagement Navigator is a central repository of local information including both community services and non-service opportunities.
